We loved the location of this hotel, nestled high in the mountains. The breathtaking views from the terrace were simply incredible. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The spa area was well-maintained and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.
This place is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staying there for holidays. Staff is very friendly, everything is comfortable, slopes are at your feet.
Very difficult to get to the town. Taxi cost 25 eu one way, and the road is very icy, scary, and it is closed in the evening from 10 to 12. Stay there if you are not going to move anywhere. Anyway, there is everything for apre-ski. very important! You need snowchains to use your car there, and to be a good driver!

We didn't like the attitude of the personal at the reception which was the same as the outside coldness. The hotel doesn't have sufficient places in the hotel restaurant so they make improvisations, forcing the clients to walk through the reception with the plates from one place to the other. The steam sauna and the finnish sauna they advertise is offering space for only a romantic couple... It's good also to know that they really don't care if your kid gets seek and you need to leave earlier than booked. After two nights we were forced to leave, we didn't have the possibility to announce the prior evening because the reception closes at 8.30 PM!!!(they pretend to be 4 stars) and they asked for the entire price. It is really a hotel which should be rated 3 stars. No connection with other 4 star hotels in Austria.

Amazing mountain views from the hotel. Convenient location close to ski lifts and the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Poor maintenance of the parking lot and access road. Rooms are small and lack proper heating control.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to ski lifts, the wellness area was spacious, and breakfast was sufficient. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, willing to fulfill any requests. the rooms were large and had comfortable bedding, and the bathrooms were clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. the hotel also had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and a variety of activities available , such as fackelwanderung and Schneeschuhwanderung, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel had an unpleasant cigarette smell in common areas.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable ski vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful with transportation to and from the hotel, and the location was perfect for accessing the ski area and gondola for ski lessons. Everything was clean, and the hotel facilities including the sauna, gym, and spa were top-notch. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and the staff really made sure guests had what they needed.
Not obvious to find, but once you do, this hotel is completely worth the visit.

Ski in, ski out and great food
We had high expectations for our ski weekend, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet them. The best aspects of the hotel were the ski-in, ski-out location and the quality of the food. We had to find our own spot and navigate through a crowded and chaotic parking area. Additionally, the hotel lacked modern amenities like a good Wi-Fi connection, and the rooms were outdated.
